Getting to know the Umbellifer family - guided walk

Join me for a guided morning walk around Fisherman’s Car Park Nature Reserve. STRATFORD ON AVON 

It’s that time again when the umbellifers return, and they can strike fear into the unknowing. Fear not, my friends. Once you begin to recognise the differences, you won’t forget them, and spotting them becomes second nature. You’ll even find yourself confidently sharing that knowledge with others.

This kind of learning takes time and a commitment to truly noticing. In my experience, it’s far more powerful than relying on apps. There’s something about meeting the plants in this way that allows the knowledge to really stay with you.

I’ll be hosting an umbellifer spotting walk at Fisherman’s Car Park, Stratford, next Sunday 19th, from 10–11:30am.
